Château Beauregard Ducasse is located to the South of the Graves appellation, in the village of Mazères.

Blend: this vintage emerged from a subtle 40% Sauvignon and 60% Sémillon grape blend.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests to perpetrate the family tradition, pneumatic pressing in a bladder press, thermo-regulated fermentation at 18°. 100% of this wine is aged for 8 months in a stainless steel vat to preserve the Sauvignon’s varietal aromas and guarantee exceptional freshness.

Domaine de Cabirol (Rosé)

The Domaine de Cabirol which has been the Perromat’s historic family property since 1828 is located at the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers in the village of Camiac et Saint Denis.

Blend: this vintage emerged from a 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc grape blend.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests, destemming to avoid vegetal aromas and strong tannins. The grapes are pressed straight away to preserve the incredible fresh aromas that define our terroir.

Cuvée Albert Duran

In honour of Château Beauregard Ducasse’s founder, Albert Duran, this is the name that Jacques Perromat chose to give to this cuvée spéciale Graves red wine, which is aged in oak barrels and produced from a plot selection of our best vines.

Blend: this vintage emerged from a 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot grape blend.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests to perpetrate the family tradition, complete destemming, cold soak pre-fermentation to enhance the aromatic potential, temperature checks of the fermentations, 20 to 30 days long vatting periods. This vintage is aged for 12 months, exclusively in French oak barrels to enhance the wine’s complexity and guarantee that it best reflects our terroir.

Domaine de Cabirol

The Domaine de Cabirol, which has been the Perromat’s historic family property since 1828 is located at the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers in the village of Camiac et Saint Denis.

Blend: this vintage emerged from a 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc grape blend.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests, partial destemming to avoid vegetal aromas and strong tannins, 15 to 20 day vatting periods to preserve the freshness and aroma intensity. The wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats to preserve the aromatic nuances.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests (to perpetrate the family tradition), complete destemming, cold soak pre-fermentation to enhance the aromatic potential, temperature checks of the fermentations, long 20 to 30 days vatting periods. 80 % of this wine is aged in stainless steel vats for between 18 to 24 months to preserve the fresh and intense aromas. The remaining 20% is aged in barrels which generates more complexity.

In honour of the daughter of Château Beauregard Ducasse’s founder, Jacques Perromat gave her name to this cuvée spéciale Graves white wine, aged in oak barrels and produced from a plot selection of our best vines.

Blend: this vintage emerged from a 50% Sauvignon and 50% Sémillon grape blend.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests to perpetrate the family tradition, pellicular maceration. The wine ferments exclusively in barrels. This wine is aged for 8 months on the lees (that need to be stirred); this enhances this vintage’s complexity, delicacy and aroma intensity and guarantees the best expression of our terroir.

Château Le Juge

Château le Juge is located in Preignac, at the heart of the Sauternes appellation.

Blend: this vintage emerged from a 70% Semillon, 20% Sauvignon and 10% Muscadelle grape blend.

Vinification: hand-picked harvests in 5 successive and selective pickings, gravity-fed wine press and pressing is completed in a bladder press (this avoids premature oxidation and enhances aroma expression), slow fermentation processes in low capacity stainless steel vats. 50 % of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats for between 18 to 24 months, which preserves the fresh and intense aromas of this terroir. The remaining 50% is aged in 1 year old oak barrels to enhance the wine’s body.
