Assembly: this vintage emerged from a 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc grape blend.
Winemaking: hand-picked harvests, partial destemming to avoid vegetal aromas and strong tannins, 15 to 20 day vatting periods to preserve the freshness and aroma intensity. The wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats to preserve the aromatic nuances.
