Blend: this vintage emerged from a subtle 50% Sauvignon and 50% Sémillon grape blend.
Vinification: traditional winemaking, pneumatic pressing in a bladder press, thermo-regulated fermentation at 18°. 100% of this wine is aged for 8 months in a stainless steel vat to preserve the Sauvignon’s varietal aromas and guarantee exceptional freshness.
